We offer a full money back refund within 30 days of purchase. Plus, the delivery fee for
your return is on us.

You will get full refund once we get the products successfully returned back to us, free of charge.
I would like to cancel or change my order. What should I do ?
Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24 hours of submission, though the actual amount of time will vary depending upon the season. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the Monday morning. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, so that we can change or cancel your order. All orders cancelled after sending out can be arranged to return to our office and we can refund the full amount except for the shipping fee.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The following rate is the domestic rate (Canada Post) applied for only inside Canada. The international shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on its weight.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through Canada Post website.
My parcel hasn’t arrived on time, is it lost in transit?
If your order seems to be lost in transit, please contact us at 1-250-713-5565 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to investigate. If your order has been lost, we’ll be happy to replace it for you.
I need to exchange or return a product. How do I do this?
We are happy to accept exchanges and returns via mail. To return or exchange by mail, please contact us at 1-250-713-5565 or by email at email@example.com and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and a product return/exchange form.
There is a product missing or damaged in my order, what do I do?
Please contact us at 1-250-713-5565 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with missing or damaged items. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not been issued. Backordered and/or damaged products will be fully replaced or refunded.
Can I get my order gift wrapped or add a personal message?
We’re sorry! Gift wrapping and personalized messages are not part of our current offering.
Do you ship out your products internationally ?
Yes, we are shipping worldwide.
Will I be charged duty?
For International orders, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the customs charges are not paid COD (cash on delivery), the order might be returned back to us.
